Our delivery
Ckleo makes every effort to deliver all items ordered within 4 business days. For this, however, we depend on the delivery and courier services used. Ckleo can never be held liable for the consequences of exceeding such a period and is never obliged to compensate any form of (consequential) damages.

Made especially for you
Products you buy through our online store are custom made especially for you. We do this according to the specifications you entered, such as size and color. Please make sure that these details are correct.

Handmade jewelry
Due to handwork, there may be a slight difference between the photo and your item from Ckleo. Did something unexpectedly go wrong on our side? Read here what to do.

We generally ship packages with PostNL or DPD. The costs can be found in the table below. Once we have sent your package, you will receive an email from the carrier with track and trace information, so you can track your order, they usually fit through the mailbox.

Should you wish to exchange the jewellery, this is possible. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and clearly state which one you would like to receive.

Not satisfied with your purchase? And does your return meet our return conditions? Then we will refund the order value as soon as possible. The shipping costs in this case are for your own account. 

Return and exchange conditions
If you want to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

The return is requested and sent to Ckleo within 8 days after delivery.
The product is new, unused and unworn condition.
The product is in its undamaged original packaging and packed in a shipping box or bubble envelope.
The completed return form will be included with shipment.
Original shipping costs will not be credited upon return. Also when returning an entire order, they will not be refunded. The cost of returning jewelry is the customer's responsibility unless it is an error on our part.

Have you received a defective product or a complaint about the delivery of a product? Please contact our customer service before returning to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. If a product has to be returned due to an error on our side, we will of course take care of the costs.

Return procedure
The steps for returning are as follows:

- Complete the return form, which you can download here.

- Put the return form with the product(s) in a mailbox box / bubble envelope

- Pack the package again

- Write the following address on the box/envelope or give it to the post office:

- Go to a post office, we recommend DPD or PostNL, but of course another sender is also good and send the package our way.

After we have received the product from you we will assess it and keep you informed (if necessary) about the (return) status.

Note: Returns are at your own risk. We are therefore not liable for a lost return.
